ART DEPARTMENT

This was an intense one, but very fun. I was the sole graphic designer in the art department for Operation Avalanche: a feature film set in 1960's "space race" America. Very retro, CIA/NASA aesthetic. It was a comprehensive undertaking involving extensive research, image sourcing and ground-up designs. Among the finished products work were large scale digital and hand-written signs, vacu-formed license plates, wall art, foam lettering, key prop packaging, newspaper design, paperwork, labels, custom stamps, name and luggage tags.

All photos taken on-set with a disposable camera, evoking the mock-umentary nature of the film.
